I’m as happy as anyone that this is (hopefully) Behind us now, but...
His hemming and hawing, can’t comment blah blah blah appearance did nothing to de-fang the skeptics or relieve supporters that he is clean in this whole deal.

The statements he made were correct and good. His demeanor, however, wasn’t. Face turned into a tomato and he couldn’t stop stuttering around.

Who gives a shite about anyone other than the NCAA? If they're not asking questions, Wade and LSU don't owe anything to anyone else.

I don’t care how he handles the media, as long as he’s our head coach. Nothing the media says means jack shite to me.

Wade has always looked pissed when having to talk to the media....always looks ready to gtfo just like Saban. His demeanor really wasn’t different than I have seen it in the past....now everyone is watching and making their own opinions. They can all suck it

Because it may not have been
Its not what you do, it's what they can pin on you. Anything he says at all could lead to something bad happening. He just engaged in standard coach speak. Nothing to worry about.

All to college athletic programs cheat at recruiting but "officially" everyone is supposed to pretend like they don't and get all indignant. Wade is just doing the same thing. If you want him to lie about it outright, you need to grow up.
