Courts have ruled that the "NCAA" must allow 5 for 5 even for the 22 class, yet the SEC - who is a member of the NCAA - says,"That only pertains to the NCAA. Each conference can do what they want".

what's more? the SEC rushed to create a rule (after the TRO was granted) that would only disqualify the couple guys LSU was looking to pick up... those that signed NFL contracts.
multiple minicamps is fine, but they drew the line at NFL contracts. even if you had a broke foot, never stepped on a practice field, and only received $290 in gas money from the Saints (like Harris).
also, Snakey admitted in court today he hasnt read the 5 for 5 rule. "This is the first time i've seen it" was basically his exact words

By this logic, each individual SEC school should be able to act independently of the SEC and do as they please!
