An SEC championship isn't good enough, Captain? I try to give you the benefit of the doubt because you are obviously military, but you are one of the dumbest posters on this site and that is saying something.

So you're saying he hasn't won a national title, and sec titles?

Can you say with 100% certainty we would have won with Lee at QB?

the issue with lee is a side note in the debacle.

The failure to properly prepare or adjust is the problem. that is what he gets paid to do, so that he can win those championships.

What I saw on Monday was utter garbage as far as game planning and preparation. Such on the job training to realize that your game planning is woefully inadequate is not worth 3.5 million per year.

As steamed as I still am about NC game I have to remember that it was Saban who made the mistake on Nov 5th that cost Alabama the game; he did not get Alabama ready well enough for a Jordan Jefferson option play. Now our coach makes the mistake of not having something in addition to the option for when Saban tweeks his defense.

So all coaches make mistakes.

So who do you propose we hire as an upgrade after we fire Miles, Coach?

I am not the AD, and will elave it up to his capable hands..I am not a coach either. but rest assured that after 37 days, the result placed on the field of Miles game planning and preparation was woefully inadequate.

If you don't like my opinion, that's fine...you are always entitled to your own.

You made the statement he gets paid to win championships. He has done that.

Even though we own them outright over the last 10 years? I think Miles and Saban are even right now. But, by all means, don't let facts get in the way of your verbal diarrhea.

Fact: On the biggest stage, Saban whipped Miles' arse like a pimp beating his bitch for holding out on the money! That means a bit more to me than an "even series" between the two.

Don't let blind loyalty cloud reasonable judgment...forget that statement. You're just suffering from the "Miles' Logic" syndrome.

Fact: bama backed their way into the NC game over a more deserving Okie State.

Point being is I believe the depth of the hurt and humiliation Les must feel will only make him a better coach

I think coach Miles will learn from this and he will be better for it. We all make mistakes and he will bounce back from this even stronger. Thanks coach Miles and the team for a great year.

that's not a fact...the voters and computers decided bama was more deserving.

No. Les will get better in certain things and worse in others. Les didn't let anything from last year change his thinking this year, and it cost his team a title.

Les' changes are going to make LSU better and worse at the same time is how I see it.

Thanks. I do my best. The alcohol helps but I do get a little out of line sometimes. I just get tired of the same old negative bullshite from young, spoiled so-called fans who I feel don't appreciate what it probably takes to win an SEC Championship and make it to the National fricking Championship with a 13-0 record.
