But, I do remember now that you mention it that Key wasn't added until after O came aboard and deserves most, if not all of the credit for Key.
That is correct.

No biggie. We're good. To be honest, I'm so ignorant when it comes to recruiting that I wouldn't even know where to begin to answer the question you were talking about. That's why I always ask or at least try to make it known that I am speculating when discussing recruiting issues.

I have said on multiple occasions I think that keeping the '17 class was impressive. But, getting Key that quickly is just down right insane
Whatever you say Bud. You are probably correct.

You sir, get it, glad I didn't post before reading yours. Totally agree, they recruited smaller/ faster players to fit chavis' scheme and now they are recruiting to fit aranda's scheme.

If you could read you would have realized I was responding to a poster who said the program was stagnant under Eaux. The increased support staff was one of the reasons I gave as to why it isn't.
Well if a lack of resources wasn’t contributing to the stagnation, why does the addition of these resources indicate we are no longer stagnant?

Nothing builds championships like JUCOS and transfers
Nothing builds depth and experience like JUCOS and transfers.
If that added depth and experience doesn’t lead to championships, is it really that significant of an addition?

I guess you don't like the fact that Burrow, Fehoko, Giles, Damien Lewis, Cole Tracy, Moss and Alexander are on the LSU team?
Sure I do.
But unless the staff uses those building blocks to achieve actual improvement in the win column, is their addition any more significant than Miles bringing in guys like Danny Etling, Travonte Valentine, Javonte Damond, Colin Jeter, or Quantavious Leslie??

So no response to either. Noted
Add it to your nonresponses about what a supposed DL depth issue against MSU has to do with losses to Troy and Florida that kept us from the 10 win/NY6 threshold in consecutive seasons for O and your constant avoiding of a prediction for the upcoming season

This guy is one of the newly converted "positive outlook" tiger fans now. 10-2, no excuses. Lol. The entire cult has saw the light, now they all see a great season coming, no excuses. Except, for the small fact that they can't hide their bashing of O. Then you have one of the cult pumping them up, talking about how positive they are. Lunatic is a little better than them though, at least he gives O credit.

Yes, the idea that LSU should win 10 games is a laughable notion. Where would people get such a crazy notion?
It’s almost as if a coach that averaged that many wins a year for over a decade was recently fired for not doing so in his final three seasons.

LSU needs to lose now and clean house
Worst thing is being slightly better than mediocre, losing Aranda and then coming to sense and canning Orgeron.

Boom...there it is
And get with the program man, didn't you know aranda sucked horribly last year against Troy and state. You want him as your head coach?

I would hope not. My posts are as clear and consistent as yours are muddled and inconsistent.

And just for clarity and consistency, I wouldn’t want this to get lost in the continuation of operation distract and deflect:
quote:
Ultimately this whole thing is much ado about nothing.
If O beats Florida in 16, we’re in the Sugar Bowl and everyone is happy.
If he beats Troy last year he is at 10 regular season wins and possibly another NY6 Bowl and again everyone is happy, even with the blowout to MSU and another loss to Alabama.
But this stupid DL deficiency is nothing but an attempt to distract from the fact that only two losses in games we absolutely had more than enough talent to win is what has kept this team from achieving what O was hired to achieve, get us back to 10 wins and NY6 Bowl contention (not even holding him to the championship criteria Alleva proclaimed in his introduction).

So YOU want LSU to lose??????
That means that LSU football has to lose
It is best from the program in the long run

I just can't support this. My purple and gold blood will always hope that the off season changes are successful and LSU has a great year.
