CalTiger, I agree with what you are saying, but we should not have been in that position in the first place. We need a good mix of run and pass. Play action passes mixed in on first down would have ripped FL in the second half.

All of us would like and settle for the party-time at the beginning of the 4th quarter with a good 17 point lead ( about time we saw that too

), instead of this roller coaster thrill ride.

Our QB stunk (2008/2009) D stunk (2008) O stunk (2009) and it is all on Miles - he is the head coach.

Our D rocks, ST is awesome (2010) O is on its way - and that too is on Miles - he is the head coach.

We did have a good mix of run and pass (not the best but a decent) 40/60 and it was almost 400 yards too against a good florida D. Folks forget that Florida was not sitting down twiddling thumbs when we were recruiting.

If LSU can win in spite of Miles because of the recruits - so can Florida win because they have the same horses that we do.

We had 4 TOs last week - cut down to 2 TOs this week and only one on the QB - the other was on PP.

There are signs that the play calling/ players/ coaching are on the right track and therefore to detract everything with a simple "Luck" statement is to demean all the efforts.

Luck like a coin is 50/50 - if you win more than a few times than probability dictates , then you are putting in effort.
