We all support Les, BrokenEnglish,but we want to see a well-oiled product on the field. We have the same talent as Bama and Fla,but there is an obvious lack of coaching and over-sight at the top.We SEE this. Don't insult our vision of the obvious.We want to help sooo bad,but we can't. I'm good at what I do and I don't even make 6 figures a year. I also work 50-60 hours a week.
Les Miles makes 7 figures a year and practices with the players only two to three hours a day. You know, I expect more creativity for the money regardless what any idiot says on this board.
