Do you honestly believe we have chicken shite for talent? We haven't played a team yet close to our talent level
no, but the inconsistent play on offense jj is horrible to me..he is not a thinker at qb....i dont think he is the answer to run the offense....

many people always say a black qb never beats lsu when we play a team whose starter at qb is black....flip it....dont get mad at me, i just saying it where nobody got the balls to say it but want to say it.....most of the time sterotypes in football are usually true

more fricking purple and gold Cool Aid. more of the same old 'we're better than everyone else' mantra. big time players make big time plays. I refuse to bash the kids....but thinking we have superior talent is pure bullshite.

LSU gets a chance to play a team of equal talent on Sat. and you will see then, why Les is not a very good coach.

we've already beaten three teams of equal talent and if we lose to Florida it will be because of qb/Crowton issues. it's that fricking simple. it's obvious that Miles isn't a genius....but to call a coach with a 56-15 record "not very good" is pure stupidity.

Larry Coker was 60-15 at Miami. Do you consider him a good coach?

hark work in practice more than you can imagine and making corrections with many of the players...the defensive side you have no idea how much he works with chavis and on special teams....offense is close....

if you have a question specifically about technique, players or game plan, ill gladly help ya.....what is taught ect...but to ask what he has done?....he is 5-0...thats what he has done..

he was a great coach for years and did great things for miami....in the end he is old and needed to get out of that situation that he lost control in.....

You couldn't be more wrong. Unless of course if you were pirateship.

Anyone that knows anything about college football talent knows that there hasn't been ONE team on our schedule thus far that is equal in talent. NONE, PERIOD.

For God sakes Unc had to start walkons and practice squad players as did UT.
Are you really trying to say their walkons are equal to our highly talented and highly recruited squad?

I know that star ratings are rarely 100% accurate, but you're comparing walkons to 4-5 star talent

You're out of your GD mind if you believe any of our first 5 opponents have equal talent.

all you people who dont know about what has to happen to even prepare one kid, lsu football is doing a good job under miles this year. we have some weak players who were thought to do great things at lsu and we all know they havent but that old saying about turning chicken shiate into chicken salad is being witnessed this year.....miles did great in getting chavis...everybody wanna hate on miles because of crowton, but he did get chavis in....no matter what you negatigers say, miles is a good guy and a good coach, he has taken everyone criticism and rolled with it to 5-0....personally i thought they would be 2-3 at this point....these kids no matter how good or bad has played above their heads....

I changed my mind.

Miles isn't the real problem with LSU.

It's fans like these that are the real problem.

They allow MIles' mediocrity to exist.

you're right...coker made it to 2 BCS title games, and actually had an undefeated season before his decline.

miles is on the same track, decline wise though.

If by close you mean close to the bottom in all college football, then you're right. Go look up our offensive rankings and see if we're "close" to anything resembling decent.

yeah, whats his game plan for when you have the ball at the 2 yard line with 35 seconds left and no time outs? how often do they practice the 2 minute drill in practice?

Just keeping Crowton around shows you that Miles is not a good coach.

Forget all of the other arguments against Miles (and there are many, personally I think he needs to be fired today). But simply keeping Crowton on board to further frick up this team year after year makes Miles an incompetent fool.

Gonzales could run the offense better than the clusterfrick we are seeing out there today.

Chris Leak (twice), DJ Shockley, Daryll Clark, and Andre Woodson- all just off the top of my head.

there you go, if we were superior in talent then why couldnt we stop them or just out score them?...the play calling was fine....they go after our defense and our offense was making plays.....

talent alone does not win games...it is one of 10-15 factors that helps you win games.....
