We got those too. We used to lock down the state and pull kids like J.R, Flynn, Bowe, and Addai from out of state. Now we lose kids like Cam Rob, Noil, and Landon, because our coach is too egotistical to adapt to their talents and too inept to compete for championships.

Well we are the flagship university in his home state. Missing on prospects add up. Miles is a good coach, and deserves to be the 7th highest paid in my opinion. Reality is that 7th best won't cut it, 7th best won't ever knock Saban off the throne, we need a new coach open to new ideas.
