Since Penn State had to vacate wins from 1998-2011, what does this mean for the opponents in these victories? Do the wins go to the opponent or are they simply vacated? I cannot remember how this has been handled in the past.

The Tigers 2010 Capital One Bowl loss to Penn State would be affected if the victory is transferred to LSU. Thereby increasing Miles current total by one.
