ho. Lee. shite.

I agree this is arguable. In the beginning of the season, it appeared Lee was throwing a more accurate ball. The first half of the season, JJ was dreadful. Statistically it is close with Jarrett having the higher %. Lately JJ has been more accurate and it hasn't been close.

Yeah. More Jefferson versus Lee discussion while ignoring the real problem.

I am not a jj basher nor am I crazy to think jl is the answer either. I think early in the year jl was the better qb but jj kept getting 75% of the snaps. Jj was not sharp yesterday. I think jl should have gotten a few more chances.

Randle had 1 catch. Sheppard 1 catch. Tolliver 3. Can't beat good teams without going deep.

We had 68 yards in the second half. We needed a change but we stuck with jj and he couldn't handle it.

Mett will get jl spot next year as the 2 qb rotation continues. miles managed the situation as best he could. there is no way that playing jl full time would have ended up with a better record than 10-2. miles was right not to "experiment" but try and manage the qb in a way to win the most games.

CONSIDERING THE QB PLAY THIS YEAR, THIS WAS LM BEST COACHING YEAR AT LSU.

I don't think Les has some sort of blind loyalty to JJ, it's just that there's really no one else to compete against Jefferson. Lee got playing time and had his moments, but for whatever reason he got less accurate as the year went on. In the end, Jefferson started by default. I can assure you that if Mett comes, he will start if he outperforms Lee and Jefferson in the fall.

Not sure what you are basing any of this on.

I'm just saying that there's not much to choose from considering we have two scholarship QBs on roster who are wildly inconsistent.

BS - complete and utter BS.

JJ had a full and complete and sustained opportunity. JLee had intermittent "chances" and Les fell "Miles" short of giving Lee a fair shot to "compete".

Miles had his mind made up, for whatever reason, long before we started the season, that we would live or die with JJ. If not for Lee's heroics in Tenn and Florida, we would have lost 4 SEC games this year and be sitting at 8-4 right now. That is giving JJ credit for all of the 8 wins.

Miles is as biased as they come. He should go ahead and adopt JJ and make it official.

This is NOT about hindsight and who "gave us the best chance to win", this is about his forshadowing intent to give JJ a full and complete chance and NEVER to really give Lee a chance. Period.

The fact that the better QB has always played under Miles at LSU. Name one QB who started with a clearly superior player on the bench. You can't.

Are you both racist and illiterate now?

Our QB play sucks. No getting around that. But if you want to criticize Miles, criticize him for lack of recruiting QBs--that's completely fair. But this Lee is clearly better bullshite is just that--bullshite. He's proven he's not all that good himself. Miles allegiance to Jefferson begins and ends with his fear of Lee. Nothing more.

Sick of this GD BS. Posters like you are a POS!!!!

JJ is simply not a very good QB, and to express that sentiment is not racist. STFU, with your effin' ad hominem attacks.

We'll never know. I honestly don't think JL could have put together a worse season than JJ if their amount of playing time had been reversed. I refuse to believe that LSU has the 2 worst qb's in div1 football. While JJ had a few good moments this season, his overall play was absolutely horrible.

JJ doesn't have what it takes day in and out! He is too slow to make a decision. JL wasn't great, but he was never given a shot to get any rhythm.
