Would he be better than what we?
Probably not now as a true freshman and not having practiced. But maybe later down the line?

And was the #1 OL in the country. But he did not want that so he became top DL in the country

can't be worse at a couple of our ol positions. I was so hoping for improvement....but once again, I am guilty of believing the preseason hype....new players, new coaches etc......but sadly the same results when needed. OL is only as good as its weakest link, and I saw at least two very weak links Saturday. Quite the opposite at OM.

Most 4-5 star D Linemen play O Line as well in high school.

So you want to insert a guy that hasn't practiced let alone played at all on the OL against A$M? You do realize that the OL calls protections at the line of scrimmage based on how the defense lines up and based on where the play is supposed to go plus if the qb checks out of said play the center usually changes protection. If the guys we have aren't good enough, then put someone in that actually knows what is going on rather than a freshman that hasn't even taken a snap in practice. We have several guys that transferred in that should get a shot. Devin Harper played OG for OM and should get the next shot there. Ja'Quan Sprinkle and Sean Thompkins should get the shot a RT. Jordan Seaton didn't exactly light it up either if we're giving out grades.
