They’re actually underrated IMO.

Nikki can coach her style of defense well. But, nationally relevant teams play man defense predominantly in most cases. Nikki plays that match up zone in various forms over 95% of the time.
She has recruited below average overall with a few exceptions.
Her offensive style is boring and fails to spread the floor well enough to beat better teams. Lack of outside shooting lets the better teams take away the inside play. Her teams shoot the 3 ball poorly.
The free throw shooting on most of her teams is horrendous.
They teach shooting form poorly IMO leading to poor outside shooting and free throw shooting.
Too many negatives to lead me to believe we will ever have a team make the final four under her leadership. Time will tell. How long will Woodward allow her to try?
