Jerry Sandusky killed that.

Some of my favorite memories were form visiting basketball camps and staying overnight in the dorms(Not LSU tho)
Grew up in redneck SE MO, and one of my friend's dad was an Ole Miss graduate. Came home from school one day in Spring of 1975 to the news that I was going to Ole MIss baseball camp. I was 11, and it was the greatest news I'd ever gotten. I'd hardly ever been anywhere except Memphis and maybe a couple of Cardinal ball games so this was the ultimate. We stayed in the Ole Miss dorms where I remember there were lots of roaches, but we didn't care. Jake Gibbs was the OM baseball coach. The camp was split into older guys and younger guys so Larry Williams (top assistant) ran the younger guys' camp. It was a big deal that we could run around on the Vaught Hemngway astro turf before roll call. Had to run the steps if you were late. The highlight of the camp each year was getting your photo with Archie on the last day. Still have those photos.
I went to the football camp as a Jr High QB in 1978 and remember Buford McGee was an attendee and the center of attention. I can't remember if I got to participate in the same drills or not.

Attended multiple Skip Bertman baseball camps (mid-80s) and we stayed in Dorms. It was fantastic as a kid.
