Jruss 2006 had more passing yards,more passing tds,way higher yards per attempt,way higher yards per completion, higher qb rating while playing 1 less game.
Hello JRuss had as many passing tds IN CONFERENCE as Jayden had all year.
JRuss threw as many passing tds in 8 sec games as JD did in 14 games.
In no way was this year for Jayden better than Jruss.

Oh I know he was..... but there isn't a head coach in history that would trade the production of JD from last year over 2006 Jruss.
They both accounted for 28 tds. JRuss did it in 1 less game.

I've said dozens of times.... we don't beat bama without JD...what does that have to do with saying his past season was the 2nd best qb season in lsu history?
