Question: why is no one complaining about the poor numbers put up by our stable of RB's?? Answer: Because it's easier to blame the QB. Did anyone see much help from the O-line? They've been great for most of the season but I feel that's more where we lost the game. No running lanes at all, no pocket protection. JL would have been running for his life. We need to get better at defending against Bama's D front. Win that battle Monday and we're all broke buying NC merch today.
Hoping Collins and other young guys are ready to step in....

I'll tell you why. Because Bama was committed to stopping the run and the option, and challenging Jefferson to make plays through the air (which he could not do). If Jefferson could have completed some passes downfield early in the game, it would have opened up the running game. Of course, that didn't happen because of shitty playcalling and QB play.

Les Miles quit on the entire team and Tiger nation, due to some personal core belief. Whatever he had against Lee, was no reason to put forth the weakest offense in BCS bowl history

Because JJ gave the best chance for victory. With the want to be shitty.
