I don't think they will beat AU. AU will get #7

Too bad we have Florida as our permanent while they get Tennessee.

I bolded the losses I think they'll have, but I could almost see them pulling out a W over 1 of the 3 (preferably AU). That would put them at 2 losses on the year. Not too shabby for the devil...unless they choke against Arky state.

9/27 @ No. 3 Georgia 7:45 PM
10/04 Kentucky CBS 3:30 PM
10/18 Mississippi TBA
10/25 @ Tennessee TBA
11/01 Arkansas State TBA
11/08 @ No. 5 LSU TBA
11/15 Mississippi State TBA
11/29 No. 15 Auburn TBA

With that schedule & the way they're playing, I think they come into Tiger Stadium with no more than 1 loss. It's not impossible for them to win this weekend. They're a very physical team & are going to give UGA a game. They're going to roll UT. The Vols aren't very good.
AU doesn't have the offesive firepower to beat them this year. Bama finishes the regular season with no more than two losses and the LSU contingent starts getting real nervous.

I agree 100%, the LSU/Alabama rivalry is going to be incredible over the next several years. It's clear to this Bammer Les knows what he's doing and he's a lights out recruiter, he can bring in some serious talent. We both know Saban is the same. He did it at LSU and now he's doing it here. The west is about to be between LSU/Alabama. I don't foresee that changing for a while.

I don't see Auburn dropping anytime soon, at least not as long as Tubberville is there.

I think AU is on the slide. I expect Tubby to be gone by the end of next year.

Whoever loses the game this week in Athens will have their NC hopes dashed, at least on the field. Recruiting and spring game attendance are still preserved.

for some reason and i don't know why, but I think that they will have a tough time with Tenn. Then again they could blow them out.

How about we not worry about them and get concerned about our own team, there is plenty there to be concerned about.

Sorry, just like to talk SEC football period.
I trust Les and am not worried about this year, at least not on this thread.

I would take that. That would be one more win than I thought we would have this year. I still think we will beat Georgia and lose to LSU and Auburn. For some reason I feel good about the Georgia game.

Chicken, I talked to my LSU friend in Shreveport yesterday and told him that there was talk about a tigerdroppings golf tournement and he said we could definitely put a foursome together for an event like that.

Is it just talk or is there a possibility of that actually taking place?

Let's see how Bama does against a top 5 team this weekend and it will be much easier to predict how they might finish the season.
