That's fantastic. I listened to the game and it gave me goosebumps hearing the chants of LSU LSU time and time again in a stadium seating 1,600 thousands of miles from Alex Box. You guys were awesome representing the Tigers out in California. Keep it up all weekend.

I was once told the sun never sets on an LSU fan because we're everywhere and we're proud.

Having traveled the world, I firmly believe it.

Hey Social I hope you get a chance to watch the game on T.V. Because I believe I saw your son get that ball on top of the dugout. He had to reach through the railing to get it, they showed it. IT's funny at that time I was thinking of how much that probably made that kids day to retrieve that ball. Glad to see people still know how to enjoy a ball game.

That may have been him Sir. And yes it made his day but not as much as it made my day. He has a baseball game tomorrow (6yr old) but wants to wear his LSU hat instead of the Team he plays for (Twins).

Or his daughter. This was a first for my girls. My son and I watched the series with the Dirtbags a few years back. I took him to his first football game this past season and met Louis Coleman in the endzone of Tiger Stadium, high fived Chad Jones and I don't think he slept for a week. Today, I took the whole family and Mom and the girls were as wound up as anyone there. On the way home my daughter told me that she enjoyed it much more than she thought she would and that all the tiger fans felt like family. Can't wait till tomorrow!

were you guys sitting on an LSU blanket? I think I saw you guys. Made a walk over there during the stretch just to get alittle shade. Man it was hot in my section. Yeah, I think we Tiger fans did a good job today. I'm proud to have been there and the win was the cherry.

I just got in from one of the most memorable days of being an LSU Tiger!

First I want to thank all of my fellow Tigers in California that were there today - Love y'all!!
Then, thank you to everyone of y'all that made the trip to town to support our beloved LSU Tigers. The UCLA, UCI and Kent State people were damn impressed with us and couldn't believe the numbers that traveled for a baseball game. We had about 75-80% of the stadium and I know there will be a lot more Tiger fans out there tomorrow who couldn't make it today due to work.

Top all of this off with one damn exciting game that our Tigers won!!

All I can say is....

And GO TO HELLLLL ALABAMA!!

Great post Socal and see you tomorrow. Yep, LSU dominated the stadium and the only group from UCI was one section of around 300 and a few in the grass. We must have had over 1300. The whole place was purple and gold. Almost thought I was going to have a few heart attacks as everyone likely did.

Stayed for the beginning of the UCLA game and they had close to the same number of fans as we did but were rather quite verses our noise machine. So Cal is tiger heavy. Did the televising show the tiger ranters?
