Well all he does is throw insane money at top tier coaches that have some history of success at the highest level. That’s not some special talent or great eye. In fact, it may even backfire at some point and likely has with McMahon getting a contract fit for an actual top tier winner for a guy riding the coattails of Ja Morant in a mediocre to weak conference.
The problem is that people think Scott is some genius, when he’s equivalent to the guy that spends other peoples money without any regard to the consequences.

They compare him to Alleva who sucked.
Honestly even with the new box and the smoke situation and bringing in Les. Skip is probably slightly better than Scott so far.
Scott is better than Joe but he has plenty of stupid shite on his list. He is one of us though so he has his fan boys that will defend him to the end.
