Judge's Ruling Last Week

He ruled for the players, and also said that the players shall not be harmed by the SEC or anyone, as it relates to his eligible ruling. He went on to say that he has a big gun, and if the SEC was feeling froggy, to jump!
I guess my question is, it appears that Sankey and the SEC are not at all abiding by his ruling. Would this not open the door for massive suits against the SEC, by the players that are not being allowed to play? Seems the SEC is screwed either way it goes, unless let all play or none play.
The judge talked a big game. Sankey is basically mocking him. Next move?

Sanky and the NCAA filed a motion to dissolve (vacate) the injunction and filed an appeal.

Part of the hearing on Thursday is to try to eliminate that as a factor.
It’s why they are seeking permission to potentially go after LSU. Otherwise it wouldn’t be needed.
