Led LSU baseball to a series win over No. 9 Texas A&M, batting .500 in three games with one double, two homers, three RBI and four runs scored.

BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU junior shortstop Josh Smith was named SEC Baseball Player of the Week Monday by the league office. The recognition marked LSU’s second consecutive SEC Player of the Week honor, as third baseman Chris Reid won the award last week.
