JJ did not lose the game, so we should not be creating treads like this

It sounds cool to say Jefferson is like Brooks, but to honestly think that is moronic. Outside of the basic NFL/NCAA difference the one big thing is Jefferson is only 19. And the biggest thing is Jefferson never had a mentor. People fail to realize that. Granted I've been very aggravated with his play no doubt, but remember most QBs that play college football had a guy before them that showed them the ropes. Jefferson never had that. It's hurt him no doubt. He was thrown in the fire. He'll improve with each year. He's young.

Jordan Jefferson is a great kid it seems. But i do not think he is championship caliber. The instinctive things such as looking at the play clock and game clock are things that should come natural to a quarterback. He does not do either. His decisions are slow coming and his accuracy passing under pressure lacks to be a sec caliber quarterback. Maybe a quarterback coach will help him, but if we go into next season with him as our QB, i believe we will struggle again next year.
