At the risk of some here wanting to push THEIR agenda..
i.e. JJ vs JL concept,
there is a part of me that feels that neither JJ, nor JL, have been either guided, or used, or coached into developing each one's best abilities.
They each bring something different JL, has a superb soft deep pass to the sideline, but a poor throw to the middle...too soft, the ball does not get there fast enough,
the opposite I think can be said of JJ, he can drill the ball when he needs to, but can not have the ball drop-in where he needs it.
Neither has improved much, other than thru personal growth, I do not see where either one of them has been developed into being a better QB by any coaching input.
...forget confidence, booing and all the other factors.

SO what he's black though. He went to Destrehan and just like other high schools, many times they take their best ATHLETE and put him at QB so he has the ball in his hands on EVERY play. Many times this type of player fails at major college QB because his instincts were allways to run first to help his team out of trouble.
you realize that he was a passing QB in High School? I think Lee actually ran more than he did, he was a PRO style QB
personally, from the stands, i thought JJ played well on Saturday. He got hit every god damn play and just got up and kept throwing pretty good balls on a bum ankle. His senior receiver let him down on some very nicely thrown balls
