John Bel Edwards, the Easter Bunny ... whomever makes decisions for the LSU athletic department ... you CANNOT allow Dave Aranda to leave LSU for a division rival. Period. Between Aranda, and Orgeron, the infinitely more valuable coaching commodity is ARANDA. Not even debatable.

IF Aranda makes this move to A&M, that is a DIRECT indictment of Orgeron. No other way around it, no other way to spin it.

If you find a way to keep Orgeron employed in the LSU athletic department, great. But a guy whose hire was PREMISED upon his ability to hire, and retain, the very best coordinators ... and loses both in the same year ... is not doing his job very well, is he?

Good grief.

Or, perhaps Alexander should fire Alleva and move Orgeron into the AD's seat, and then promote Aranda to head coach.
