Sorry but I disagree. He has done nothing to deserve getting recognized. I'm glad he was reinstated, but let's not go overboard here.

You honestly think JJ should get a "standing ovation" ?

No I think he should get the standard reaction that any back up QB gets when they enter the game.

The guy has been through a lot, and from the grand jury's perspective, what he has been through was unwarranted. Most would agree that he is a good guy, not a thug that got away with something. He is LSU through and through and deserves a big cheer.
No hate, but I really don't think it's anywhere near warranting that. It's not like he's been vindicated or anything; the jury did indict him for a crime.

I agree!!!

Anyone remember his last game? Bowl win... Looked really strong. We will need both JLee and JJ and I am SOOOOO GLAD JJ is back!!! We need dept at the QB position. There are a bunch of SEC teams that WISHED they had a pair of QB's like LSU has.

If he steps on the field before Mett, I will boo. He does not deserve to play before him, he missed 3/5 of this weeks practice.

Not booing the kid, booing the coaches decision. Still has a misdeameanor, don't act like he's fully innocent.

Before any facts came out in the JJ incident many fans wanted him booted correct? Wing has not received the same treatment. I don't think he should either b/c we don't know all the facts.

Has nothing to do w/guilt. I trust that Coach Miles would not let him back on the team if he wasn't deserving in the eyes of Coach Miles.

I trust that our team's leadership council feels the same way.

I do not pretend to know more than the coaches or players in leadership positions in terms of who should be allowed to take the field.
