Thank u these dickheads dont realize this. He was overcharged for this crime and we all know this. It will be reduced then it will go away.
So for either a misdemeanor charge or a not guilty verdict he misses his senior season (assuming no redshift). Punishment doesn't fit the crime IMO.

exactly. this senior season is a once in a lifetime chance. Don't punish him for something he is not guilty for (yet). Once he gets it plead down or dropped everyone involved with the case will or should feel like jackass's. After thought fricking sucks for something like this.
I still think thier is a motive for this whole charade

No but lets not compare to 30 year old men in the NFL. How about Garcia, Mettenberger, Mallet, Masoli, Newton, T Tolliver, and countless other College players.
I said from day 1 of this if it had been a more popular LSU athlete involved, the media would have handled it entirely differently and they would not have been presumed guilty from day one. I can promise you that there were players on our national championship teams that were involved in bar fights in tigerland.
I will support whoever lines up under center for our team and I truly hope that JLee plays the best football of his life this year, but there are tons of people in this city with venom towards JJ because they don't feel he is as good of a quarterback as they deserve.
Honestly answer this question, if by chance Drew Brees punched a guy that started a fight with him and broke the guys jaw, would Drew be arrested for a felony?
