Do you believe that not reinstating JJ, even if the charges are dropped, is the right thing to do?

I believe Miles should do what is best for the 83 or so players still on the team. What is best for JJ may or may not be best for the entire team. This is a team sport afterall, and while I do not envy the position Miles will undoubtedly find himself in, I think he will have to weigh the distractions against what is right for JJ.

WAIT!!!
(Put yourself in his position)

You are the STARTING QB and somethings happens where you are dismissed from the team and then found out to be innocent. Would you want to be put back into the starting lineup (early in the season)????

Why does LSU need to apologize to him? Playing football is a privilege that was taken away. If he is innocent, will be reinstated and rightfully so, but he could have avoided the entire mess by staying at his apartment. No one from LSU owes him an apology

Slackster is right on with this one....

well i don't think its right to completely dismiss a player off a team for something if charges are dropped or he's found innocent. Sorry

Grabbing a woman's arse at a bar is worse than allegedly kicking a man on the ground?

I don't care if we find out he was in church instead of at Shadys. I don't want him on the team. I don't want there to be any possible way for Les to justify his love for him. Lee and Mettenberger are much better QBs and they will do much better than him. Its a talent issue to me and IMO he doesn't have a ton of it.

Possibly.

Do you believe not allowing him back on the team would sit well with the players if he is found innocent/ charges dropped?

exactly, it's a privilege

LSU doesn't owe him an apology for anything, if he's innocent maybe the BRPD owes him one, but even then..I don't think so

Sex offender is much more dangerous than random bar fight man.

note: I'm not saying Mett is a sex offender only that it's much worse to be one.

If you got accused and arrested for something, given a leave of absence from your job, then later the charges were dropped or you were found innocent....would you expect to be able to return to work? I mean...since it wasn't proven you did anything wrong and all that shite
