I want fully cleared of all charges. See my previous posts. However, I don't want him playing QB @ LSU. Mettenberger brings more than he does as the backup.

if the DA does not pursue charges or if the charges are dropped he needs to be welcomed back with apologies.

Why does LSU need to apologize to him? Playing football is a privilege that was taken away. If he is innocent, will be reinstated and rightfully so, but he could have avoided the entire mess by staying at his apartment. No one from LSU owes him an apology.

If he is re-instated I don't care what the do with him as long as he isn't starting QB... It isn't about Lee either... If Met earns the job then by all means let him start. IMO JJ shouldn't be starting QB.

agreed...no apology needed. we definitely dont NEED him. he will just be a distraction with the media constantly asking players about this shite.

Just because charges may be dropped, it does not mean JJ is "innocent" of what allegedly happened.

If the man is not guilty he needs to be back on the team but not as the starter.

In the eyes of tiger fans it doesn't.

Les Miles/LSU does not have to operate under the law. Miles could still suspend/discipline him, even if the charges are dropped. If a player told Miles he was there and JJ did it, I would have no problem with Miles disciplining JJ.

Getting in a fight is one thing, kicking someone on the ground when it appears he was not any threat to anyone at that point is borderline stupid. Had the players walked away at that point they may not have ever been suspended or charged. As far as I'm concerned, however this case is resolved it would be in the two players suspended to go play elsewhere.

the same people that hate Jefferson are the same people pulling for Mett, someone who actually sexually assaulted a young woman.

he already has.

so you're saying that JJ is guilty...no matter what happens...and shouldn't be allowed back

well i just assumed that. i thought you may have have another reason though, as to why an innocent player (if true) should not be allowed back on the team.
