Why? Because I called you out for being completely wrong about Miles? You bitched and whined incessantly and get called out on it for being wrong and got upset.

No wonder you have taken the same side as TIGRLEE.

JJ will rush for more than 60 yards and will have at least one TD. He will be the difference. Will keep some drives alive with his mobility if O Line has trouble with pass rush. JL is a statue and needs to have clock in his head. Only 3 seconds and release the ball.

I shouldn't have included your name in that post. Truth is, I enjoy the debates and difference of opinions about the qbs.

Tiger n Atl is just miserable though. 2 years straight of posts that were full of fail and he gets mad when called out.

What about Brad Wing then?

He's not likely to see more than 5 or 7 snaps...

The difference is in percentage of snaps that position usally sees. Punters only see that many snaps total.

QBs, not so much. It's called p-r-o-p-o-r-t-i-o-n-s.

The number of snaps is less important than what's done with them.

Meh, for a position that sees many many more snaps a game (like QB) it actually comes down to percentages over time, and not individual plays.

I doubt JJ is the x factor,

I'll guarantee he won't be.

So will every other LSU Tiger that takes the field on Saturday...thanks for that Captain Obvious.

He gets rid of the ball quickly a majority of the time.

Both will be needed.

A better way to express it would be, "He has scored a TD in every game he has played."

Ha, so if JJ runs 5 plays, scores on 4 of them, I imagine you'd be here to tell us how he actually had nothing to do with the win.

But you support all of the Tigers!

Yeah, my response to every thread about "Ford will be the difference" "Mathieu will be the difference" blah blah blah is that the reason this team wins is because they are a "team" not a star player or two doing all the work. They are a tight knit, well-rounded bunch.

Glad you seem to agree, even though you think one of the key contributors should never, ever player, under any circumstances, but you support him whole heartedly.

IMO, if Jefferson is the X factor, we lose. The only way he garners the attention of being the X factor is if he turns the ball over. Otherwise, he's not going to play enough to be the X factor.

I thought you were being sarcastic with that comment since by definition of x factor:

quote:

x fac·tor Noun: A variable in a situation that could have the most significant impact on the outcome.

HOWEVER, after seeing your most recent response, it is obvious what you were doing. I agree with you -- we don't have an x factor.

LM just said that their focus was on the #1 guy(JL), JJ was going to play but he didnt know how much or when.
Paraphrased, but thats the gist of it.

do you expect this to occur?

I do, my opinion of his effect on the outcome of the game does not change my support for LSU.

I know that is tough to understand for the challenged, so I recommend you read it a few times.

A key contributor is referenced to the keystone when building an arch, without whose input the whole thing would crash.

Unfortunately for your thesis we played without JJ for part of the season, and the outcome was no different,....i.e., no crash. Fail.

but you support him whole heartedly.

I do support him.

You need to understand i can support him, without thinking he is the next Cam Newton. I support JJ as a member of the LSU tigers. I do not think we need JJ to win this game.

Why?
I don't really believe in the "X" factor, but Jefferson contributed a lot in the W last year. Many gumps feel he was the "X" factor.
You have a reason to think he can't or won't?
Which is it?

You think Mett will come in before JJ?
No possibility of Lee getting knocked out?

But as terrible as Tiger in the ATL is, Captain Bengal is the worst poster in every thread he posts in. I mean, he is fricking atrocious.
