I totally disagree with that one... If these weren't football players there likely wouldn't have been an investigation.

Charged and Convicted are two different things. Anyone know if they plead down the charge...what happens? Coach's Discretion?

And now the story of the LSU Season will unfold...and we will all have to sit back and wait to see how this season plays out.

I think we will still be good, I have faith in Lee.

from a oregon fan point of view, i think Les miles handled this correctly, he didnt jump to conclusions and suspend them instantly! weve had to deal with some stuff here at oregon also where chip kelly didnt suspend anyone instantly after a incident happend, and got raked over the coals for it! so congrats to Miles on handling this the way it should of been!

Legit question, do you guys think that they need to be found guilty to sit, or just charged with the crime? Basically, do you think Les will allow them back to play before the legal issues are cleared up.

No.
Bottom line is:
Felony = Bye
Misdemeanor = most likely 4 game suspension

They will sit until the legal matters are cleared up. If found guilty they are obviously off the team as they would have to serve jail time (assuming they don't get reduced charges) and if found innocent they will have to work their way back on to the team.

Even if the charges are reduced, J.J. lied because he claimed he wasn't involved.

If they plea down, they are still guilty.

I doubt they walk.

I'm still waiting for others to be arrested. Lowery has to be facing some sort of charges

I really want to . I feel like this is a weight lifted off my shoulders, so I'm sure the team feels the same way. Let bygones be bygones and FOCUS

Nice post. It didn't go unnoticed.

However, just fyi...I hope you guys in Eugene aren't thinking this will be a layup now that the "starting QB" is suspended. Our passing game just improved.

Best news since the start of this thing.

Tough to waste a week of reps on a guy that wasn't going to see the field.
