Remember when everyone said he wouldn’t last a season in the SEC because he was too skinny and the SEC would break him in half?

Only thing i will say about his 8td game vs Burrow's, is Jayden threw for 6 and ran for 2.... while Burrow threw for 7 and ran for 1.

Both great, but one did it against the #4 team in a CFP game.... the other, GA State.

Some, not most. Admittedly a vocal group.

Did you not visit this board post FSU? Or at all in 2022 and 2023 leading up to this season?

I did, a lot.

This board is not most Tiger fans, most of the fans on this board were not dismayed that Daniels started, and those that were are typically also very vocal in whatever their opinion is regardless of its reasonableness.

There was a valid criticism of JD5 that he wouldn’t push the ball down the field and utilize his WRs up until that point. I was one of said posters and I am delighted JD5 proved me wrong as the kid is electric.

/\ this describes my journey wrt JD quite well.

My primary concern was that he wouldn't put the ball in play when the receiver was closely guarded. Once he started putting it in the vicinity our receivers got it. I was surprised at the accuracy of his downfield throws - almost perfection. very rarely made an uncatchable pass.

He was always an exciting runner - amazing skills.
