Cody McCoy is a lot better than than that Sal Bradford at OU and Tom Tebow at UF.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if McCoy had a breakout year. In fact, I'd be more surprised if he didn't.

One's flaws are on the field with many variables controlling the outcome. The others were off the field and involved thuggish behavior that he could have controlled. You are making it look like people who support JL bash RP exclusively or at least this is what you were alluding to when both get bashed equally. Shame on you sam

You know its all fine and dandy that he might be a good pro QB but he's still in college not the pros yet that is if he makes it that far...were trying to win another national championship and Lee isnt going to be the one that takes us there

Some of you people just absolutely amaze me. I started the thread because I think J. Lee will make a good qb in the pro's one day. I didn't say he should be starting instead of Jordan Jefferson.
Perhaps I was a bit ambiguous with my post. I think Jarrett Lee has good mechanics, a rocket arm, and has the potential to be a good qb at any level.
Is he a good qb right now...Hell No! But my point was that his biggest weakness, reading defenses, can be over-come.
BTW, you idiots who have to make everything a race issue need to go bury your head in the sand.
I made the exact same statement last year about Jamarcus Russell not being able to read defenses as a youngster, and I was called racist by several posters on this board. So I guess I hate white people now because I think J. Lee can't read defenses.

I remember a guy posting "what the @$#% was PM doing" when he put in a left handed football player to pitch to 3 opponents to close out an inning. He went on and on about PM wanting to lose the game. That guy got so flamed about eating crow when we got out of the inning with two strikeouts and a flyball cought to close the inning.
