So next year the top LA kids want 1 million plus. And on it goes.
That's why revenue sharing is on it's way. Hoping that a cap comes along with it.

I can't imagine trying to maintain a locker room with 1 freshman making 10x as much as a bunch of juniors and seniors, though. If I had to guess, Michigan is gonna struggle with the outcomes of this decision.

Don’t get me wrong, I wish we had gotten him. But if he struggles and the team is losing, thats a recipe for losing the locker room and having a bunch of discontent and transfers among guys who are playing well but aren’t making a fraction of NIL money as their QB who’s struggling.

Time will tell.

With these new mercenary NIL and transfer rules, who’s to say he doesn’t play lights out in year 1, then threaten to hit the transfer portal if they don’t agree to pay him even more

Yes we can. We need to drill it into kelly that he HAS to utilize the portal and spend money. We have the money to do it we just need to change his perspective on it.

And a 17 year old! Doesn’t make sense for a minor to get that kind of money

Clicked on your name.... Jrod34 and WOW, what a disappointment. When someone shows up, drops the knowledge that you did.... one would assume your are a constant on the TD Recruiting board. But NOPE, when you have 123 posts since August of 2023.... you're nothing more that a troll and you seem to love to stir the pot.

Back to the bridge troll!!

If we truly have 5 million + to work with after losing BU, then LSU should be able to keep any 5 star in state player it wants, and that is where the emphasis should be imo.

The students are doing all they can. I remember one game a few weeks ago where a row of students were lined up and on their backs, it spelled out something like BryceJahkeem.
