So Miles and the team should have continued to put up with RP's shite and let him do as he pleases?

Best move Miles ever made in my opinion. The guy was a thug and an embarrassment to LSU.

Some decisions have to be made regardless of football and it's effects on the team.

I still dont know what it was RP did.

Yep he needed to go. Now we've got a couple of guys who have playing experience under their belts. This may actually benefit us this year

I can't speak for anyone but myself by the ONLY frustration I have had with this team involves Les Miles starting a qb that was playing worse than virtually any qb in the country all the will letting JL sit on the bench and not giving Lee a shot despite the fact that his own assistant coaches knew Lee was better and the fans hoped he was better.

If LM was not going to give Lee a shot unless JJ got hurt then LM had done a real frick over job on Lee. And game after game of JJ not reaching 100 yards passing that is what it appeared was going to happen.

Don't misunderstand. It doesn't matter if Lee was/is good or not. JJ was playing at the bottom and Lee deserved a chance. If being ranked bottom of the barrel doesn't get the backup a chance then something is wrong with the coach.

Thank goodness Lee finally got his chance.

My belief was that Miles could not compete with Saban for West Championships year in and year out. We finished 5 games and 3 games behind Bama for 2 straight seasons. We also were 8-8 in SEC play the last 2 years. I like Les Miles as a person, but thought he was a decent coach and nothing special. It's nothing personal against Miles with me. I want LSU to win. If Les proves he can compete with Saban for West Titles nobody will be happier than me. I support J Lee and JJ when they both play.

Jl should have started the season & given us a bigger edge on style points, We are undefeated but for how long with jj starting? Except for 2 cup cakes the rest of the season is a bitch.
