Let’s play a game. On one hand let’s pretend everything that happened offensively (recruiting, player development, scheme, play calling, etc) the last two years was a result of Denbrock. On the other hand let’s pretend everything that happened offensively (same as above) this year was 50% Denbrock.
In either scenario Denbrock was a huge part of LSU’s success the last two seasons and more than likely is a huge loss. ND is not stupid, Denbrock has done great things at multiple teams. It was a great steal of a hire and we are now left with “up and comers” instead of proven assets.
P.S. I agree. The short yardage play calling will not be missed but everything else sure as shite will be.
