The big question here is , What college team will Pete be coaching next year? UF could drop some bucks on him.

Sidney Rice won't start until a few games in.

Rice is playing tomorrow night against KC.
He should be starting for the opener.

And they did go out and get Braylon Edwards, who is looking pretty good.

I don't know why people on this board think Carroll is getting fired. He has done a decent job, considering what he was dealt. And the Seahawks aren't going to be bad this year. They have a very strong defense, and Lynch should have a really good year. I see them as an 8 or 9-win team.

Well that's great because I drafted him way late in FF . With Flynn, I think he gets back to his 2009 Brett Favre numbers.

Only if Seattle wants to buy out his $10 million contract.

I think worst case scenario for Flynn is he's a backup QB making BANK

Hmmm, I'm not watching the game but Wilson is looking pretty sharp numbers wise.

Wilson is the real deal. Flynn can't really complain, he got a great deal for what may be a backup role. Worst case, you walk with 10 mn and find another team.

wilson is carrying himself with such ease and comforts it is as if he's still playing in college.

Good thing Pete acted as a coach and is having a legit competition instead of just handing the starting job to MF as some suggested here.

WIlson does look very sharp tonight

If Carroll leaves it will be his choice. He's done an excellent job in Seattle.

Agreed. Although still preseason, Wilson has turned heads... I don't feel like Matt Flynn has.

Flynn will probaly start the season, but depending on how he does will determine how long he keeps it.

I don't see PC giving Flynn alot of room for error...basically one bad game from him and he makes the switch to Wilson.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Wilson starts.

"Peter Carol" is going to do the feel-good thing here and give the 5-10'' QB the nod. I'd be shocked if he didn't because this fits Peter Pan's persona.

To a non-bias person you would change "feel-good thing" to "smart thing". I mean if the coach thinks Wilson looks better in games and practice why shouldn't he start him? Flynn's still getting paid so he's straight.

Russell Wilson is 13-18, 185 yds and 2 TDs. It's a serviceable stat line but it won't win any championships unless you're Ben Rothlisberger
