He is the HEAD COACH. He supervises the assitant coaches as they execute his plans for each practice session. Head Coaches do not coach a specific postion...for the most part. Some Head Coaches act as thier own coordinator on one side of the ball or the other, but for the most part they do not coach a specific postition.
