Money isn't an issue because he will get 12-15 million a year thrown at him from multiple places, and his decision won't hinge on who offered 15 rather than 12, but will be based on where he thinks he would prefer to coach and the totality of the contract.

So if you had an issue with paying a coach who rarely beat top 10 teams getting paid almost 10 million per year and a 10-year guaranteed contract, you probably don't want Kiffin.

If Ole Miss offers him a huge bump to stay and he does stay, he should respectfully decline the raise.
