he has been given his shot this year, and really had no progression of improvement. I think we will have a little better idea tomorrow. KC.

i dont think tomorrow will say anything about who the qb should be next year

I think he can bounce back...he is a coach's son. The thing I don't like is his teammates don't seem to be reaching out to him from what I can see and that is troubling.

That is very troubling to me, too, and I think that speaks volumes about why he is feeling the way he is. He is feeling like he is out there by himself because he is.

I think tomorrow could have some predictive value. That is, if JJ gets it done, and doesn't have many mistakes, he is a way leg up on JL.
LSU is searching for a leader, someone to make plays, restore confidence. This teams' confidence and espris - de - corps is at its' lowest ebb since the Dinardo years. JL is obviously only a portion of this problem, but something good needs to happen to jumpstart this team, if indeed it is possible. KC.

was having a conversation with josh dworoczyk one day in blockbuster for at least 10 minutes. J Lee stood on the side the whole time and seemed embarassed to even introduce himself.. didn't see any confidence from him whatsoever

I support the kid...matt flynn was horrid his first three years. I remember, the few times he came in relief, he was terrible.

In my opinion, JLee was push into a starting position this year way too soon! Blame it on Periloux for this year. I think his injury is the best thing for him right now and for the bowl game also. His confidence is definately shoot so, having him start a new season as a backup will help bring him around slowly. Get his leadership first then it will be an easy transtion to get his starting job back that he deserves and we will talk about a good quarterback and maybe a great team!
