Im not saying that CG is going to start, Im just saying that he will be ahead of JL on the depth chart.

JL has already proven that he cannot be put into pressure situations (some may argue that he stepped up during the Auburn game but I think that his six TDs for our OPPONENTS states otherwise).

I think that CLM would get alot of shite if he puts in JL and he fricks up again.

If he puts in CG, he has the excuse that he was "coaching to win the game" and he did what he thought was the best move at that time (keeping prior history in mind).

how is

"coaching to win the game"
examplified by playing a guy who has never EVER taken a collegiate snap?.
when all the while you have 4th yr guy with aton of PT sitting on the bench ready to go?

Dude Are you are trying to make things harder for LM?

There is more upside in putting in CG than in putting in JL.

Besides, why the hell does it matter if youve "taken a colligiate snap" if youve fricked them all up???

Fwiw, I think lee will be the backup all season.

The only way cg plays is if lee goes down IMO.
Cg may be better than lee, but he has zero experience on the field. Miles likes the More senior players.

Hopefully lee has gotten better, but I'm not expecting it honestly.

Even if Garrett blows both lee and Jefferson out of the water in the spring and fall, he won't start over either of them.

Just how it is.

I agree, however IMO neither JJ nor JL have done anything to be un-overtakable at the qb position.

If you put in JL, you pretty much know what he is going to do (Look impressive for a while, then throw an touchdown for the other team).

On the other hand, CLM has no idea of what CG can do (sky is the limit, blah blah blah...).

What difference does it make???

HE THREW 6 TOUCHDOWN FOR THE OTHER TEAMS!!!!

Both have their flaws for sure

but Jefferson has fewer IMO at this point.

We have no clue how Garrett will do under pressure and with the o-line.

Oh, and it was 7 ints returned for tds, not 6.

Hes not a normal QB.

Most QBs arent thrown to the dogs as freshmen.

The kids mind is messed up. He needs to work with a psychologist, not a QB coach.
