No. Paul’s slowly easing him in.

Expect to see him 2-3 innings a weekend and hopefully he has no setbacks and can get heavy work loads on the weekends.

He had the best stuff on the staff

No and why would you want the pitcher with the most raw talent on the team starting midweek games and not available for weekend series in some capacity?

And no I am not saying that midweek games are meaningless. I am say they don’t mean as much as weekend games do especially when conference play starts. I want my best guys available for those games.
