Journalists tend to leave out some important details… The part about everyone being silent about BG’s situation was well known afterwards. Kim had said they didnt talk about it publicly because Baylor is a Baptist school and making a big point about BG’s lifestyle would have caused a lot of problems with university backers.

The part that was left out if I didnt miss it was that sometime after BG went to the WNBA she burned Mulkey and Baylor in some hit piece somebody wrote for a left leaning publication like Salon or something. Might even be part of the backstory of KM leaving Baylor, who knows.
