Boise was undefeated, LSU was not and in week 11 Auburn was not the National Champion.

eck, Boise State even ended up being ranked higher than LSU in the final polls

First off you are wrong (big surprise) in the AP poll LSU finished 8 and Boise 9 . In the coaches poll, Boise was 7, LSU 8. But who cares anyway. LSU finished in the top 10 in both. If you are not #1, it doesn't really matter now does it.

Final polls. LSU ahead of Boise State in AP

OU and USC had tougher schedules than Auburn, the undefeated champion of the SEC

Yes

No facts are going to change that belief

SOS rankings in 2004 OU 6, USC 25, Auburn 46

2004

Seems you are the one that clings to beliefs. The SEC is historically the best conference, but that does not mean its the best every single year and the relative strength varies. 2004 was the worst year for the SEC in the BCS era.

SEC results

You wanted facts, there you geaux.

Now please don't post any more you are embarrassing yourself and all LSU fans

Quibbling over disparate poll rankings in 2010 says nothing about the primary point. And citing one of countless misbegotten pollsters does not detract from the primary point. I mean, address the main point. Don’t pick at the edges.

Perhaps now we can communicate. I had not noticed the Oregon logo. Auburn is a terror, no doubt. We face them year in and year out. I don’t know where Cam came from. But I’m sure glad he is gone.

Why would a team in the SEC schedule a team like TCU, whereas TCU can look past their 9 cup cakes and focus on Auburn where as Auburn has to worry about it's SEC schedule and then TCU? Yeah, that makes alot of sense.

It's ok, in 2012 TCU not only will be in the big east, but they will be opening against LSU. LOL

Your first post is incoherent ramblings full of your opinions and speculation. It is hard to address something that makes no sense.

I guess you think your point is LSU is being discriminated against in favor of TCU or Boise, which is patently false.

You say they haven't earned the right to play for the NC? Neither played for the NC. But how do they "earn" the right? Both have built reputations thru years of winning. They have had success beating good teams from better conference.s But because they are in 2nd tier conferences, they are usually ranked behind top teams from the BCS conferences. Neither is ranked above teams with better records from big conferences.
