If the title read as your post, then I would have understood.
In the last decade - the past ten years = back to 2013.
Since 2013, without JB we’ve had one good team.
How about..
“Going back a decade, 2019 was the one good team we fielded.”

Last decade: 2014-2023
Good seasons imo, regardless of expectations
2015 - 9-3(Mcneese game cancelled), monster year for Fournette, blowout bowl game against Mahomes and Texas Tech
2016 - 8-4, finished in the top 15 of AP poll, dominated Lamar Jackson and Louisville in bowl game
2018 - (JB9) 10 win season, big NY6 bowl win
2019 - (JB9) Greatest season of all-time
2022 - 10 win season, SEC West champs
