LSU is recruiting well, but this type of exposure only increases the eyes on the program.

Yeah, I hate all this talk about a highly successful LSU running back who is in the running for a special national honor. It would be much better if they were talking about a Alabama, AUburn, or Florida back.....right.

LSU hasn't had a Heisman candidate in a long time. I'm glad the program is getting the recognition. so STFU!!!

This tread is on the Recruiting Board right now.

It's amazing the level of visibility LSU Football has right now
(Posted on 9/20/15 at 11:43 am)

- Beckham is featured on Madden 16, and the initial demo start of the game is full of LSU players.

- You see Patrick Peterson everywhere these days. And he gives love to LSU a lot.

- Jeremy Hill is now viewed as an elite back and mentioned often as coming from Baton Rouge.

- LSU currently has more talent in the NFL than any other team. NBC recently wrote an article about this:

- Leonard Fournette. I live in Norman, OK, yet he is all people have been talking about here the past 24 hours.

We've got it good friends, and this incredible exposure for the program will pay dividends for years to come by way of incoming talent. And I didn't even mention that we have arguably the best recruiting staff in the country.

Billys Goat You're an idiot!!

For the record, I don't think he "put us on the national stage".

I feel supremely confident we have been on the national stage for quite some time.

It has been out of control this week with most of the season still remaining. The biggest thing LSU can do is keep winning and it will take care of itself.

So, you're already "tired" of hearing the hype around LSU’s most promising Heisman candidate since Jerry Stovall-*? Personally, I doubt I’ll ever get “tired” of hearing that sort of hype!

*-Mathieu was great all year long, but his candidacy took off late in the season, plus he finished 5th in voting/was never a true threat to win.
