Last year I brought up on the recruiting board, (realistic ones)

Gundy
Mullen
Brohm

I liked Fleck and really wanted Herman (the most) Patterson, Peterson, or Fuente, but all but Herman were unrealistic. I wanted a guy that would run a spread offense and utilze a dual threat QB. Brohm may not have used a dual threat, but he had a powerful passing attack and a beast running back. HermanM was my #1, Mullen #2, and Gundy #3 as realistic candidates.

This year Mullen and Gundy are still on my list, but Chad Morris is my #1 pick.

Morris is from the Swinney coaching tree and started the revolution of Clemson as an offensive juggernaut. Morris right now has a QB that's on pace for 3300 yards and 36 TDs passing. He has one loss and it's vs TCU. He put up 36 points vs TCU. Arkansas put up 7 and Oklahoma St put up 31 vs TCU as a reference. He has the 16th ranked total offense and 3rd ranked scoring offense. Oh and get this, Courtland Sutton, a surefire first round WR, last year (76 rec 1250 yards 10 TDs), came back to college and is second in receptions and yards behind Trey Quinn. Oh and the freshman WR that had 700 yards and 6 TDs last year as the #2 is now the #3. Quinn has 37 receptions for 431 yards and 4 TDs. Right now Quinn is on pace for 96 receptions, 1120 yards, and 10 TDs. That shows me that Morris would dominate with the offensive talent we have and will continue to be able to get because of Louisiana. He has also recruited nothing but Texas kids and his a former Texas HS HC at several places. We could drill a deep pocket in Texas and hold Louisiana recruits with him here.

Ed O needs to be fired this year, and we need to go all out for Chad Morris.
