Plain & simple, they are not getting respect because of the JJ & Lee.

There's always been a media bias against teams that don't have primary offensive stars, and LSU doesn't have one main QB (or RB, for that matter).

Thus the media perception that Ark w/Wilson, or Bama w/Trent, or Georgia w/Murray, Oregon w/Thomas/James, etc. are offensively more efficient than LSU.

Despite the fact that the JJ/Lee combo ranks LSU #10 in the nation with a 159.3 QB rating, LSU will never get the respect you crave as long as they continue to use is QB-by-Committee (& RB-by-Committee).

But frick popularity contests and their fascination with stars. Winning is all that matters.
