Hanagriff dropped an interesting remark in his show today about how the SEC is more appealing for a HC because there's more money for assistants. He specifically contrasted this with the ACC and why an ACC coach might consider jumping. Maybe a subtle hint at the direction they're looking? Dabo? Jimbo?
But I really don't think anything happens this year. I'll be stunned if Miles isn't here another year.

Any consideration for the coach at ULL, Mark Hudspeth? He's been a winner everywhere he has been. Done one heck of a job at Lafayette. He's already recruiting in this area and across Mississippi and Alabama. He definitely would boost the offense.

Dabo and Patterson will never come to LSU. Jimbo? Give him a call to see if he really does love LSU and BR. Worth a call.
I do like Fedora. Offensive mind, would probably jump at the chance. Would he bring Chiz as defensive coordinator? Probably.
But would he keep/entice Orgeron, Wilson, Raymond to stay? Does he want them? Would they be willing to stay?
I have felt for a while that Miles planned to retire after 2016. Most àssistants' contracts end of then. Brings in a big recruiting class this year, Fournette leaves, Les retires.
The next two weeks may hasten that, but it's what I've believed for a while.
