This man can flat out coach and recruit and he is a tireless worker. He will also fire up the fan base and chalet get everyone to stay at the games for 4 quarters.

I'm not going to expect a dynasty but I will expect a team that that from week to week looks prepared and fearless to play with anyone.

I honestly believe that Herman is the next big thing in college football coaching. Give him our resources and I believe he really could build a dynasty.

And rightfully should be. Way too much talent wasted over the last 12 yrs.
