Agreed - a great coach would have made defensive moves in the offseason prior to the historic run by Daniels

We didn’t have the defense to pull it off. But if our defense had just been serviceable we had a good shot.

So go get a defense ? If Brian Kelly was worth his salt, he would have seen Daniels was going to be special and planned accordingly on defense, but he’s a schmuck so he didn’t
