I used to not care either way about him, but since he's been doing MNF and his draft coverage...he's been great. I don't think there is anything insincere about his enthusiasm, that guy LOVES football, and knows it in a way that most will never understand. He finished what Dungy couldn't in Tampa, and the Raiders went to shite after he left. He won a Super Bowl with Brad Johnson as his QB. Dungy couldn't do it til he had Peyton. As for going downhill after winning the SB, it's pretty tough to hold on forever in the NFL...hasn't been a dynasty since the Troy Aikman Cowboys (Patriots don't count, they're cheaters). Basically, I really like Gruden as an analyst, and think he's a great coach.

But still no way he ever comes to coach here.
